I decided to start a blog to share some of cake decorating projects. I began cake decorating in the Fall of 2010, when I took the Wilton courses offered through Michaels. Since this time, I have continued to complete projects to challenge myself and improve my skills! I hope that this blog will serve as a place for ideas and sharing!! Enjoy!!

My First Buttercream Project!
I made a cake for my friend Jenny's 27th birthday. I decided to go with a girly theme for this cake. The buttercream icing was tinted pink and I decorated the cake with a purse and shoes (two of Jenny's favorite things!)
